Considering that the hookah (shisha, sheesha, nargileh, argileh...) as we know it is already several hundred years old, it shouldn't be surprising that every now and then a vintage or even antique hookah shows up here on Shisha Garden. Now don't get overexcited: in the "oriental business" anything over 50 years old is nowadays called "antique", which makes even myself a precious antique - with many more years than the minimum requirement (wide grin)! As for "vintage"... that's even more vague...

 

Notwithstanding the above cautioning, sometimes a true jewel of fine old-fashioned hookah craftsmanship comes up for auction, and who cares about a few years more or less when the hookah pipe is beautiful and rare? As for the price of such a gem: nowhere better to buy than via our eBay auctions... if other potential buyers happen to overlook the offer of an antique hookah or vintage shisha pipe, you may get it for next to nothing!
