When you enquire or apply for a role, The Shisha Garden uses the details you provide to respond, assess your request or application, and arrange any agreed next steps. Contact us at theshishagardenlondon@gmail.com with questions about your information.

Enquiries and applications

Forms request contact details and information relevant to your enquiry. CVs and briefs are optional. Please do not upload identification documents, financial account details, health records or confidential business material. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing when you submit a form.

Our forms are processed by FormSubmit and sent to the Garden team by email. FormSubmit’s published documentation states that submission archives are retained for 30 days and uploaded files are not included in that archive. Enquiries received by the venue are kept only as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship. You can ask the team about access, correction or deletion of your details.

Email updates

If you subscribe, we store your email address, any optional first name and surname you provide, the date of your sign-up and the consent wording you accepted, so the Garden team can send you news and promotional offers. This is optional, for guests aged 18 or over, and separate from Garden Rewards membership and table bookings. We do not add enquiry, booking or job-application details to this list automatically.

To unsubscribe or request access, correction or deletion, email theshishagardenlondon@gmail.com from the address you subscribed with. We keep your sign-up details while you wish to receive updates.

Bookings and memberships

Table reservations are managed by Hostme, whose booking form opens within this website when you choose to book. Rewards subscriptions and payments are managed by ATH Rewards. Groupon purchases are handled on Groupon. These providers apply their own terms and privacy notices.

External services

Google Maps loads only after you allow embedded maps through cookie preferences or the map button. Google review content, when connected, is attributed to Google Maps and its authors. Google services are subject to the Google Maps terms and Google privacy policy linked below. Instagram, review sites and Madonna Halley Hotel are external links. The garden video and photographs are hosted with this website. The site does not add advertising trackers. The optional email list is described above.

Cookie preferences

Use the button above to allow or disable embedded Google Maps content. Maps are disabled by default. Your choice is stored in this browser’s local storage so it can be remembered on your next visit. We also use session storage to show the Garden Rewards invitation only once per browsing session, and local storage to remember a dismissed invitation for seven days. Disabling maps removes the embedded map from the Visit page; cookies already set by Google can be managed through your browser. Essential services support site access, security and reservations. Booking and linked services apply their own cookie policies.

You can telephone us instead of submitting a form. We ask for your consent to use form details to respond to you; providing an attachment is optional. Please contact us if you would like an application withdrawn or have a question about how your details are used.
